“Got a few other estimates, but Dan was the most professional and the only one to show up on time. We scheduled the work after the big snow we had this January. And he was able to get it done fast and efficiently. Great company to work with."

FAQ

  • My roof leaks. Do I need to have it replaced completely?

Not necessarily. It's possible that a section of your roof is loose, or that damage occured in one place only. We'll conduct a thorough investigation before suggesting repair options.

  • How long can I expect my roof system to last?

It can vary by type of roof and geographic location. The life of a roof is how many years you get out of it. For a standard 3-tab asphalt shingle roof, that's 25-years. As long as your roof has been properly ventilated and installed you should get pretty close to that 25 years of roof life.

  • Are your services covered by my home insurance?

It depends. Homeowners insurance may cover roof damage, depending on what caused the damage. For instance, homeowners insurance may help cover the cost of repairs if hail or a fallen tree damages your roof.

  • When is the best time to do roofing repairs or new install?

The short answers are... When they are is needed for repairs. Figuring out the best time to install a roof requires considering critical factors such as weather conditions, prices, and contractor availability. That said, generally speaking, Fall would be considered the optimal time.
